JohnDISLEYAged 51 years. Loving Son, Brother and Uncle. Beloved Dad to Kirsten and devoted Grandad to Jude. Partner to Hannah and held a special place in the life of her Daughter Millie. John will be missed by all of his family and friends.

Service at St Leonard's Church, Bootle on Monday 15th December at 11am, Cremation following at Thornton Crematorium at 12noon.

All welcome afterwards to Bootle FC, Berry Street Garage Stadium, Bootle, L30 1NY.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for MIND Charity.
