John ColinDIXON(Jack) Elizabeth and family wish to sincerely thank all relatives and friends for the kindness and sympathy shown during their recent sad loss, also for the many flowers, cards and donations of £377.50 to the Brain Trust and Alzheimer's Society. A special thank you to Rev. Rachel Harrison, Olwyn and Mavis, all the Doctors and Nurses at the Greenhouse Surgery and James Cook University Hospital, Mike Ellis, the many Carers who looked after John at home, everyone at Wheatacres, Four Seasons and the Clevearc Day Centre, also to Alistair and staff at the Co-operative Funeralcare.
