Pamela JoanDIXON(Pam) Keith, Neil and Karen would like to thank all family, friends and work colleagues for the lovely floral tributes, donations received, cards, messages of sympathy and help during this sad time. Special thanks to Father Paul Edwards for a wonderful service. Also many thanks to doctors and nurses at Walsgrave Hospital, Oncology Unit for looking after Pam over the last 18 months. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Cockerill, district and Macmillan Nurses who all helped Pam in her last days.
