Suddenly at home on Tuesday 24th June 2025 aged 35 years.
A devoted mam to Aiden, Emily, Mackenzie, Leo, Amelia and Baby Charlie. A much loved daughter to Lesley and the late Kevin, cherished baby sister to Leanne, Stephen and Cassie. Jemma was a much loved grandaughter, niece, auntie and friend.
Please meet for service at the West Road Crematorium on Wednesday 16th July at 11:45am.
Donations can be made at the service in aid of the Special Care Baby Unit at the RVI.
