Dear Geoffrey..Big energy, big dreams , a raft of achievements and always dreaming big. I worked with Geoffrey in Sri Lanka for 8 years and am thankful for the opportunities for creativity that he encouraged in me. He had great trust and an ability not to micromanage.Galle and in fact Sri lankan hospitality tourism was changed forever. It wasn't always easy- but it was never boring ! May you rest in peace. Love, Mary Anne

Dear Geoffrey - Rest In Peace.
Like so many others, I was very fortunate to meet you shortly after my arrival in Hong Kong in 1989. I was even more fortunate to move into 124 Peak Road, where you also lived. On moving-in day you appeared at my front door with a gin & tonic. You were so much fun and a very loyal friend to me and so many others. Weekends at Double Haven on Hard Times, events and parties - all hosted with your usual casual elegance. You were wonderfully busy and did so many things with such little fanfare. You made the 1990’s and 2000’s in Hong Kong a much better place. And then you took your energy and kindness to Sri Lanka, where you repeated it all again. Rest well my dear friend.
