25th December 2025. Hello my darling, Christmas day today love. I hope you have a wonderful day love with your mum and dad. It is hard for me to get my head around that it will be our seventh Christmas without you. As usual Carly and family are coming for breakfast, and as usual they will text to say they are running late. Ha Ha. I managed to put all the presents in the lounge yesterday. Not much room left in there now. Samantha always buys such big presents. Anyhow Archie will be so excited, I have written a letter from Santa to him to tell him that he will come when breakfast is over. Only having egg, bacon and sausage barms. Much easier than doing a full breakfast. Miss you so very much my darling. Jack and Wendy called yesterday afternoon and stayed for a couple of hours. We got talking about Lesley Molseed and our involvement which they were very surprised about. They are such good neighbours and whilst we don't see much of each other I know they are always there for me. Your loving wife xxx E xxx

Sunday 21st December 2025. Hi sweetheart, I have had a lovely couple of days. On Friday Jamie called in the afternoon and then later Carly and Archie came. And then Rosie came round in her own car. It was so nice to see them all. Yesterday Saturday I went into town and met up with Harrison, apart from growing older he is still the same lovely boy he always was. I showed him a photo of you and him in Bulgaria in 2011. We had gone into Sunny Beach. He still remembers a lot about his time with us. So happy. He said he would like to call round here at some time. Lacey sorts our meeting's out because he doesn't want his mum to know we are in touch. He says he has told his auntie which I presume he means Janet and she said she was pleased we were back in touch. Last Thursday Simon took me over to Rochdale and we met up at Derek's and Gwyneths. Leslie appears to be looking rather frail now but like us all we are getting older and age takes it toll. Miss you so so much my darling. My love always sweetheart. Your loving wife xxx E xxx

18th December 2025. Love, Rosie passed her driving test earlier today. We are all so very proud of her. She is definitely one to watch. Also she has only gone and got herself a job at Premier inn where Simon works. She is definitely climbing the ladder to success. Love you my sweetheart. Your loving wife xxx E xxx

15th December 2025. Hi sweetheart, Samantha's birthday today love. We met up with Carly and Lacey and went for breakfast at morrisons. We wanted to go to the willows but they close on a Monday now. 6th December 2025. Hi darling, today is Lacey Lavinia Louise's 18th birthday. Tonight she is having a party at the club across the road from them. She is still just as loveable but rather scatter brained. Don't see as much of her as I would like but she does phone me up pretty regularly. I wish you were going with me love. Can you remember she had her 10th birthday at the same place in 2017. Archie was running round in his baby walker then he fell asleep on your knee. 11th November 2025. Today we celebrate all our heroes who lost their lives. You were always my hero sweetheart so I celebrate the life you gave me.
