Acknowledgement David, Gillian and the family wish to acknowledge with deep appreciation the many expressions of love, kindness and support shown to them during Hazel's illness and this time of bereavement. Donations amounting to £880 were very gratefully received for Union Street Baptist Church Building Fund. Grateful thanks to Graham Tressider (Nantwich Funeral Services) for help with the funeral arrangements, to Dr JM Dixon and the District Nurses at Rope Green Medical Centre for their wonderful care and kindness, to Revd Andrew Taylor for his support and especially his wonderful funeral address and to the members of Union Street Baptist Church who made the funeral a lovely, memorable occasion. Special thanks must also go to Mrs Helen Birtles and Mrs Ann Clark for everything they have done and whose friendship over many years always meant so much to Hazel.
