Theresa a much loved mum, proud and devoted grandma and great-grandma. The Cortege will leave D. J. Screen & Sons Funeral Home, Fartown at 12.00 noon on Tuesday January 20th for Service at St. Patrick's R.C. Church, New North Road at 12.30 p.m., followed by Interment at Lockwood Cemetery. All floral tributes to be delivered to the D. J. Screen & Sons Funeral Home, Fartown before 10.00 a.m. on the Funeral day please. Will friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Church.
