Simon NicholasDOOLAN22/12/1966 - 12/08/2016 Suddenly passed away at home on the 12th August 2016, aged 49 years with his partner and two sons by his side. Son of the late Michael and much loved and adored son to Diana. A truly loved and loving partner to Karen and an amazing father, best friend and role model to Joel and Harvey. Cherished brother of Kimberley and Sarah Jane to whom he showed immense love and integrity. He was a much loved son in law to Jack and Eileen. A close, loved and deeply thought of brother in law and a special and loved uncle to all his nephews and nieces and a very dear friend to many. Funeral Service to take place at Rochdale Crematorium on Thursday 1st September 2016 at 3.00pm. Family flowers please by request, donations would be appreciated and to be divided between the charities, Winstons Wish and the Air Ambulance. Simon was a lovely man who wore a permanent friendly smile which created a ray of sunshine even on a cloudy day. He was more than a mechanic. He quickly became a friend who I often called on just for a friendly chat.
