MavisDOUGLASOn the 17th January Mavis passed away peacefully aged 91 at St Clare's House. Cherished mam of Kim and Wayne and loving and much loved grandma to Louisa, Emma and Adam and great-grandma to Delilah and Flora.
There will be a service for Mavis at The Charterhouse Chapel, Charterhouse Lane, Hull on Friday 13th February at 9am followed by private committal.
No flowers please by request but, if desired, consider a donation to Alzheimer's Research UK.
The family would like to thank everyone at St Clare's for their care, compassion and devotion.
Resting at A. Shepherd & Sons, 48 Beverley Road, Hull.
