JakeDOWJOHNDOWJOHN The family of JAKE would like to thank all relatives, his many friends and neighbours for mass and sympathy cards also for the heather from Longriggend, Father Ness and Father Trench for spiritual comfort and a beautiful mass, doctors and nurses of Ward 17, and I.C.U. for their tender care of JAKE, doctors and Shona from the Wellwynd Practice, John Linden for all his help and kindness, Gallagher Catering, Jimmy and the Co-operative for funeral arrangements.
