Myself and ex colleagues were shocked and saddened to hear of Jim's passing. I got to know him better when he was the Glamorgan wide CAMHS network manager for Psychological Therapies.
He was very well liked and brought some calm, sense and containing leadership to challenging situations. He was much missed upon retirement.
His dry sense of humour, wit, measured nature and systems thinking helped us all through some hard times.
We wish Alyson, his children and family some comfort in knowing how apprecaited he was.
