John ChristopherDR DOHERTYJohn, from Guisborough formerly Middlesbrough passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday 21st October at James Cook University Hospital, aged 77 Years.

Devoted husband to Anne, dearly loved father to Sean, Fiona and Katie, treasured grandfather to Hollie, Ella and Leo.

Funeral Mass will take place at St Paulinus RC Church, Guisborough on Wednesday 12th November at 10:00am followed by cremation at Kirkleatham Memorial Park and Crematorium.

Family flowers only please.

Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully received for Lourdes Sick Fund.

John was my doctor in the 80s. He was amazing with me after I had my 2 children . I suffered with postnatal depression he personally came out to see me at home . After that I started a fund raising for a mother and toddler morning. After we got that up and running John asked me to fund raise for the pensioners to give them a Christmas party in the Claxton at Redcar .I have very fond memories of them Christmas party's. He was an amazing doctor old school. R,I.P. DR John Doherty
