Matt, you were like a little brother to me, and I will treasure the memories we shared for the rest of my life. There are so many moments that make me smile — you walking all the way home from Notts to Annesley, our unforgettable nights out in the clubs and bars (especially Rock City), our adventures at Alton Towers, and those quiet late nights when you just needed someone to listen.

You had such a kind and beautiful soul, and I was always in awe of the love and bond you shared with Michelle and Lindsey — the three musketeers, always together.

My heart aches for the wonderful family you’ve left behind, but your spirit, your laughter, and your warmth will live on in everyone who was lucky enough to know you. You will be missed more than words can ever say, but never forgotten.

Matt, what can I say your one of a kind and the moment we had our first laugh together I knew that was it friends for life! So hard to find someone with a sense of humour the same as mine but I found it in you.
