Pat passed away peacefully at Cartref-y-Borth Care Home, Llanrwst, in the presence of her beloved family and late of Llanbedr y Cennin and Tal-y-Bont, Conwy, aged 85 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Ron Duncalf, a much loved mother to Debbie, Brett, Robbie and nephew Andy. A dear grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral Friday 14th August 2026. Public Service at St Mary's Church, Caerhun at 2.00 o'clock followed by a private Interment.
Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully accepted towards the R.N.L.I.
