Roger JamesDUNNAfter a long battle with Cancer, Roger finally passed away peacefully in the arms of his eternally devoted wife Val and his proud sons Dominic and Jamie. His family's sorrow will never outweigh the immense pride they feel at what an incredibly brave man Roger was. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, May 12 at 12 noon in St. Peter and St. Paul's Church, Stainton prior to cremation at Teesside Crematorium in the Chapel of St. Hilda at 1.15p.m. Friends please meet at church and afterwards at the Stainton. Family flowers only please, donations, if so desired, to Cancer Research, a collection plate will be available at church.

I hated school at Bydales. The only teacher that I looked forward to their lessons was Mr Dunn. Inspiring and non judgemental. I was in desperate need of role model and in Mr Dunn I got that in bucket loads. I’m sorry you are not here anymore and the world is a very much duller place. Thank you for everything 🙏
