Edward GrayDUNNSuddenly on 6th May 2025 at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Edward (Eddie), aged 82, sadly passed away.

Eddie was the dearly beloved and devoted husband to Penny, loving Father to Simon and Mark, and a dear Father-in-law to Jo and Lily as well as a treasured Grandfather “DooDoo” to Jake. Eddie will be missed by all who knew him.

A funeral service to celebrate Eddie’s life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 30th May at 12:00.

Family flowers only please, by request. Donations in lieu, if so desired, may be made to the Royal British Legion. A collection box will be available at the service.

Eddie was always a steadfast fountain of knowledge and patience. He was loving and thoughtful and cared very deeply for his family. Always had a story ready to tell about his time in the service and a wicked smile to follow. He was always there for me like a father and I will miss him beyond anything I can say. I hope Willow is with you waiting for walkies.

I have very fond memories of Eddie. He had a great sense of humour. Especially his stories he shared of his past and his travels in the world. He will be greatly missed. Sending lots of love and support to all the Dunn family. Sleep tight Eddie.
