Dear mother-in-law of Lianne and Anthony. Loved and respected by all of her family and friends and will be very sadly missed.
The service is to take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 29th July 2026 at 10:30am.
Polly is resting at Alexanders Funeral Care, Grimsby, DN32 8JP, to where floral tributes may be sent or if so desired donations in lieu to be split between Motor Neurone Disease Association, Francis Crick House, 6 Summerhouse Road, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6BJ and St Andrews Hospice, Peaks Lane, Grimsby, DN32 9RP.
