PhillipDYEPeacefully in Hull Royal Infirmary on the 4th July 2017. Aged 59 years. Sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends. Service to take place on Thursday 20th July at the Haltemprice Crematorium 3.30pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired for The Sequel Trust, collection plate at the service. Resting at John Parkin & Son, 3 Saltshouse Road. Telephone 376104.
