Paul was a friend of mine in Wythenshawe in the late 60's and early 70's. Many fond memories of those times. I remember a few of us holidaying in Wales and me and Paul blew all our money and had to hitch hike home - 8 hours in the rain before we got our first lift! I remember watching him box a few times - he fought a real tough guy from Liverpool, lost his temper, gave him a good hiding and got disqualified! I join the RAF in the mid 70's and we sadly lost touch, but I always remember him as really nice guy. Rest in peace old mate!
