The family of Leslie wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind words, cards of condolence and donations to the Forget-Me-Not Trust received during their recent bereavement. A special thanks to Dr Hoffman and Staff on Ward 12 at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, the Doctors and Staff at Fieldhead Surgery and the District Nurses for their care and attention. Thanks also to the Rev Lawrence Wood for his kind words and comforting Service and to the brass band for their musical accompaniment.
