Jacqueline AnnEASTERPassed away on Thursday 15th January, Jackie, beloved daughter of the late Thomas and Hannah, devoted mam of Hannah, loving grandmother to Declan, dear sister of Ronald and the late Coral.
Dearly loved aunty to Michelle, Mark, Lisa and Dean and great-aunty to all of her nieces and nephews.
Funeral service taking place at Swansea Crematorium at 11:30 on Thursday 12th February.
