David, Mark and families would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours and all the local Brass Band organisations for the kind expressions of sympathy and generous donations received in their sad bereavement. Grateful thanks to Dr Shamsee for his care and kindness. Thanks also to Rev Charlotte Lorimer for her kind words and comforting Service and to Neil Birks and all the staff for their professional services. The attendance of so many friends was a great comfort to us all.
