EAVESEAVES. - Sarah Kate (Kay), passed peacefully away at home April 5, 2008, aged 90 years. Mum, Nan, Great-Nan and Great-Great-Nan. Loved and will be sadly missed. Deeply grateful to all carers, district nurses, doctors and Paramedics for all their care given. Funeral private.
