Gwerthfawrogir yn fawr y rhoddion hael er cof am John o £1500 tuag at Gymdeithas Cleifion Arennol, Ysbyty Gwynedd, Hosbis Dewi Sant yn y Cartref a Marie Curie. Diolch yn fawr iawn i'r Ymgymerwyr Robin Roberts, R Roberts a'i Fab am eu trefniadau parchus a gofalus. Carol, Alun, Lyndsey and family wish to convey their sincere thanks for the sympathy and kindness shown to them in their sad loss of a beloved husband, father and grandfather. Heartfelt thanks to the Reverend W. Gareth Edwards for the special funeral service and for his comforting ministry. Very many thanks to Dr. Jibani, Dr. Farook, Sarah Hirst-Williams and the Renal Team at Ysbyty Gwynedd for their excellent care of John for many years. The same thanks to Dr. Gwyn Griffith and the nurses and carers of St. David's Hospice at Home and Marie Curie for their compassionate care. Many thanks also to the Doctors and staff of Mostyn House surgery and the Llandudno Junction District Nurses. The generous donations of £1500 in memory of John towards Ysbyty Gwynedd Kidney Patients Association, St. David's Hospice at Home and Marie Curie are very much appreciated.
