Loving Momma to Sharisse, Keleigh, Jaxon & Brodie
and Great Momma to Leon, Talisse & Lydia.

Dawn's Funeral Service will be held
Tuesday 16th December 2025
Amber Valley Crematorium, Swanwick at 12:00 pm

Family flowers only please.
Donations in Dawn's memory will be forwarded to the Bluebell Suite (Ashfields care home)

After the service, Dawn's family warmly welcome you to share your memories and raise a glass
at Crossings Club, Ironville.
