Mary IreneEDWARDSPassed away peacefully on 12th January 2026, aged 97 years.

Dearly loved Wife to the late Norman. Treasured Mum (M) to Stephen, Ian and Sally. A very special Mother-In-Law, and a cherished 'Nina' to her Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren. Mary will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral Tuesday 24th February, service 10.30am at St Peter's Church, Stapenhill, followed by the committal at Stapenhill Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Mary will benefit the work of St Giles Hospice, and may be placed in the collection box at the service.

Dear Mum
You’ve left the world, but you will never leave me.
A piece of my heart went with you, and a piece of yours lives with with me.
You trusted me, and I was proud to be there for you.
I feel the space you’ve left every day,
but I also feel you guiding me, steady as ever.
