Sorry to hear of Ray's passing. He was a great servant to the members of The West Region and The PGA as a whole.

On a personal level he was a good friend and an enormous help to me in my vocation as a PGA Professional. I will be forever grateful for everything he did to help me progress in my career.

I offer my deepest sympathy, and hope you and the family are all keeping well.

Rest in peace Ray. Such sad news to hear from New Zealand. I came to the UK in 1983 to work in football and you gave me a job at City. I loved every minute of my two years at St James Park, and you were the best boss. Sending love to all the family. Flash.

Sad news to hear of Ray’s passing
He always had a cheeky smile and made others around home smile
I worked with him over 50 years ago when he was the Commercial Manager of Exeter City
My thoughts and prayers are with Linda, Sonya, Trina and their families

RIP Ray 🌹
