EVANS - DETERMANEVANS-DETERMAN Gemma Louise (nee Shire) Sadly passed away on 8th August, aged 29 years after a long brave battle. The Funeral Service will take place at St Mary's Church, Hemyock on Thursday 16th August, at 2pm, followed by an Interment on Friday 17th August at 11am at Great Bradley Natural Burial Ground Templeton EX168BJ (as chosen by Gemma herself). No formal flowers, bring wild or garden flowers if you wish. Dress code optional. The family are collecting for charities that supported Gemma; Marie Curie, Teenage Cancer Trust and Force Cancer Charity may be made by retiring collection or sent to Pring and Son, Culmstock Road, Hemyock, EX15 3RJ.
