HelenEVANSEvan, Geraint, Elaine and family would like to express their sincere thanks to all their family and friends for their support and kindness following the sad passing of their very special wife, mother and grandmother. All donations that were gratefully received in Helen's memory will be equally shared between Alaw Ward Ysbyty Gwynedd and Hafan Menai Hospice.
