TracyEVANSEVANS - TRACY, January 25, 2020. Passed away peacefully at Stoke Hospital with her family by her side, aged 41 years. Beloved Wife of Jonny, loving Daughter of John and Gail, adored Mum of James, Owen and Evie, a proud Sister to Gary, Ian and Adele and a special friend to so many. Funeral Service to be held at Holy Trinity Church Llandudno on Friday 7th February at 2pm, followed by a private service at Colwyn Bay Crematorium. Bright colours to be worn.
