DavidEVANSPeacefully passed away on Friday 9th January at Morriston Hospital.

Dai of Winchwen and St Thomas, much loved husband to the late Lynda, loving father to Joanna and Carl, a dear father-in-law to to Kim and Joanne, cherished bampi to Lauren, Mia, Maddie, Mally, Charlie and Faith, dearest brother to Maureen.

Dai will be sadly missed by all his family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral service will be held at
Swansea Crematorium on
Monday 2nd February at 3:00pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if so desired in memory of Dai can be made to:
