Hazel MayEVANSPeacefully, on Friday 8th May at Burrows Hall Nursing Home and with family by her side, Hazel of Maes Y Gwernen, Cwmrhydyceirw, passed away aged 90.
Beloved wife of the late John, treasured Mum to Eifion, Cath and Richard, respected mother-in-law to Diane and Tozer, cherished Nan to Josh, Tegan, Caden, Talis, Malin and Taran, a dear aunt and sister in law.
Funeral service to take place 2pm on Monday 1st June at Morriston Crematorium.
