Frederick ArthurFAIRCLOUGHFred passed away peacefully on 11th January 2020, aged 81 years. Dear husband to Pam. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The Funeral service is to take place on Tuesday 4th February 2020, 1:30pm at Holy Ascension Church, Upton followed by interment at Blacon Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Fred would be most appreciated and will go to MS Society & Parkinson's UK.
