JohnFARRELL(JACK) Passed away on the 16th March 2012 Anne and family would like to say a special thank you to Fr. Reynolds for a lovely service, Amanda Hayes for the lovely hymns and Eileen Blackmore for reading on behalf of grandaughter Hayley. Thanks to all the staff at Co-op Funeralcare, Fred and staff Presentation Florist and the Village Club for a lovely buffet. Special thanks to all the staff at Walton Hospital and Clatterbridge Oncology were John was well looked after and to all family, friends and work colleagues for the kind support at this sad time.
