JulianFAZEKASPassed away peacefully, at home, on Monday 16th October 2023 aged 70 years.
Son of the late Julian and Vera. Devoted husband to Elaine, loving brother to Suzanne and Anthony, brother in law to Diane, Wendy, Joe and Mick, dad to Jason and Matthew, granddad to Henry, Kara and Sebastian. A dear son in law to Roland and Helen. Faz will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew him.
A funeral service will take place at Trent Valley Crematorium on Friday 3rd November 12.30 pm. Flowers are welcome and may be sent to the address below.
