Thanks to all at MNDA Middlesbrough for their support throughout John's illness and their kindness and friendship. Thanks to Sister Carol Bell and staff of Ward 25, James Cook University Hospital and Kimberley Hunt and all the day care staff at Teesside Hospice. A special thank you to John's great friends, Malcolm Finkle and Mannie Cook of the Coldstream Guards Association Middlesbrough for their help and support with John's funeral arrangements and the Coldstream Guards wonderful tribute to John. John will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
