VeronicaFERRYVera passed away peacefully at Whiston Hospital, aged 95 years, on 1st July 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved Wife of the late Joseph Ferry, cherished Mother to Barbara, Sandra, Janet, and Linda. Grandmother to Jenni, Natalie, Kathryn, Joseph, Sarah, Michael, Lisa, Rachel and Tom and Great-Grandmother to Anaya, Lucas, Kit, Julian, Lucy and Leo, as well as a treasured friend to many.
Vera will be very much missed by all who knew and loved her.
A funeral service will take place on Monday 28th July, 13:30 at St Bartholomew's RC Church, Warrington Road, Rainhill, Prescot, L35 6NY, followed by a committal at 15:00, at St Helens Crematorium, Rainford Road, St Helens, WA10 6DF.
Family flowers only, donations if desired can be made to Parkinson's UK.
Following the funeral service, a celebration of Vera's life will be held at Rainhill Cricket Club Victoria Terrace, Rainhill Prescot L35 0LH.
