Anthony JohnFLETCHEROn Saturday June 15th 2019, Tony died peacefully at home in Bury, aged 60 years old. Beloved husband of Kim, loving dad of Nicola and Sam, dear father in law of Gemma, devoted grandad of Elis, loyal son of Bette and the late Kenneth, a much loved brother, brother in law, cousin and uncle, as well as a great friend to many. Anthony was a well-liked and hard-working NHS dentist for 35 years in Heywood and Rochdale. In 1983, he began his dental career for Barry Birch in Rochdale on Drake Street, moving on to 42 Market Street in Heywood in 1988; in between 1983 and 1988 he worked at both practices concurrently. Anthony retired in March 2017, his sister Andrea Fletcher and associate Stephen Fosbrook took over this incredibly popular NHS dental practice. The Funeral Mass will be at St Hilda's Roman Catholic Church, 35 Turton Road, Tottington, BL8 4AW on Tuesday June 25th at 10.00am followed by a private interment.
