KathrynFLETCHERMrs Kathryn Mary Fletcher, of Rawtenstall, died at the Royal Blackburn Hospital on Tuesday, May 24, aged 74. Kathryn was a nurse at Manchester Royal Infirmary, a district nurse in Manchester and Rossendale, and a district nurse manager in Rossendale and Nelson, retiring from Nelson. She loved crafting and card making, and was a member of Slimming World. She leaves husband Graham Fletcher, sons Alex and Nicholas Fletcher, grandchildren Emily, Megan, Jacob, Eponine, Matilda, and Rohan. The funeral will be held on Monday, June 13, at 10.15am at St James the Less RC Church, followed by cremation at Burnley at 11.30am, led by Father Anthony McBride. Family flowers only please, with donations if desired to Cancer Research UK. Donations can be made online: www. fredhamer.co.uk (tributes and donations). Remembering a lovely lady, I had the pleasure of working with Kate in Rossendale NHS Locality. Such a warm & lovely person, I always appreciated receiving her crafted hand made beautiful cards, she never forgot so thoughtful. I know she treasured her family greatly, a very sad loss.
