Mary ChristineFLYNNMo The family would like to express their thanks to everybody that attended Mo's funeral, or have sent messages of condolence, following Mo's passing. We would also like to express our deepest gratitude and sincere thanks to; Mo's social workers Sara and Julie, also her GP Doctor Anwar, all the staff at Llandough Hospital Ward East 16 for taking care of Mo and making her smile again during a very difficult time. The medical staff who looked after her at the University Hospital Wales, Assessment and A1 Wards. Also Mary and her team at Ty Melin for their love, care and support, which gave Mo a new lease of life during the later stages of her time with us. We would also like to thank everybody that has made donations to the charity in memory of our mother.
