PamFORDLoving wife to John, mum to Michelle and Michael, nanna to Jacob, Max and Declan. Sadly taken too early on 22.01.2016 due to illness. Will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Service to be held at 2.30pm on Friday 5th February at the Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby. Family flowers only. Donations to Humber Rescue and Macmillan Nurses may be left at the service.
