AlanFORDPassed away on Monday 26th November 2018, aged 69 years. Beloved husband to Pat, son of Jean and the late Syd, dad to Correy and Samantha, dada, grandad, great-grandad and brother to Michael. A funeral service for Alan will take place at St Peters Church, Belper on Wednesday 19th December at 10am prior to cremation at Amber Valley Memorial Park.
