(Jim) Maureen Amanda Howson MarkFORRESTERFORRESTER (Jim) Maureen, Amanda, Howson, Mark and Joanne would like to convey their most sincere thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and former colleagues for their many kind tokens of sympathy, cards of condolence, floral tributes and donations received following their recent sad loss of a much loved husband, dad and grandad. We would like to especially thank Eileen Hood and the District Nurses, the Home Care Team, doctors and staff on Ward 19 at the NSRI, the palliative care nurses, doctors and staff at the Douglas Macmillan, both at the hospice and Hospice at Home Team for all their care and support throughout Jim's illness. Thanks also to all who kindly provided transport to the hospital when needed and finally to everyone who attended the funeral service which was a hugh tribute to Jim and for which we are very grateful.
