GeorgeFOSTER1946 - 2026
On the 15th May 2026 George passed away peacefully after a long battle with dementia. Aged 79. A beloved husband to Helen, much loved Dad, and Grandad. As well as a friend to many.
Originally from Golcar before residing in Wooldale with his family. Known as Dougie to work friends at St.Lukes hospital, but most knew him as George.
George chose not to have a funeral, so his close family will have a private memorial. However, we ask for anyone who ever met, chatted, and laughed with our dear George to raise a glass in his honour.
