We would like to thank all who came along to share a Thanksgiving service for his life, so many relatives, friends, colleagues and acquaintances whose lives Andrew touched in some way. Thank you to Roberto and Suzie Viana, Gordon Hay for making the service as we wanted it, to North Tees University Hospital A&E Department go our grateful thanks for the way they looked after Andrew and the family, with love and respect.
