In loving memory of Winifred Mary Fountain who sadly passed away on 12th December 2020, at Wray Park Care Home, after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Wife of the late Owen Fountain, Mum to Christopher, Michael, Carlton and David, Grandmother of 8, Great Grandmother of 5. Rest in peace. Because of present restrictions family funeral only on 6th January 2021. Donations in Win's memory may be made to The Alzheimer's Society C/O Stoneman Funeral Service.
