RayFRANCISPeacefully passed away at Countess of Chester Hospital on 30th December 2017, aged 93 years. Dearly loved Husband to Alison. Former Chief Health Officer in Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service and Burial to take place at St Lawrence C of E Church, Stoak, Monday 15th January 2018 2.00pm. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of St Lawrence Church Organ Fund, and the Clinical Nurses in Specialist Palliative Care at the Countess of Chester Hospital would be gratefully received.
