JackieFRASERFRASER Chrys, Jackie, Tina and their families would like to thank most sincerely all relatives home and abroad, friends, neighbours and colleagues for the many kind expressions of sympathy, telephone calls, letters, flowers and support received on their recent sad loss of Dave. Special thanks to Dr Carey and district nurses of Whitefriars Surgery, to Marion of the Macmillan nurses team, all the doctors and nurses of the Acute Palliative Care Unit Ninewells Hospital for all their care and attention of Dave. Grateful thanks to Rev David Gordon (Chaplain Ninewells Hospital), Provost Hunter Farquharson and Rev Ann Mazur of St Ninian's Cathedral for their most comforting service and unfailing support and visits. To Gabrielle for her lovely music, to Jamie Pennycook and the staff of James McEwan & Son for their most professional and caring assistance with all the arrangements. May we also thank everyone who paid their last respects to Dave at the Church and donated so generously the sum of £835.23 for the Acute Palliative Care Unit at Ninewells Hospital. Dave was a special person who will be sorely missed.
