JoanFREEMANnee Smith Passed away on 3rd September 2019 aged 88 years. Sadly missed by her loving Daughter Elaine, Son in Law Pete, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Her funeral service to be held at Efford Crematorium Friday 27th September at 11.30am. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired are for Dementia UK and may be left by retiring collection.
